The Digitalisation & IT Unit brings together the IT Infrastructure, Support and Business Solutions departments. We also take care of master data management and the implementation of complex IT projects in the IT Consulting & Project Management Team.

The Finance, HR & Legal units are internal service providers, service partners and strategic consultants for the entire company.

In the Product & Technology Unit, innovative products are created to the highest quality standards. This enables us to ensure that BORA sets the kitchen trends of the future through continual innovation.

The Operations & Back Office Unit ensures that processes run seamlessly and service is excellent. It also ensures that the inventory keeps flowing.

The Sales Unit successfully builds customer relationships and partnerships and makes a significant contribution to BORA’s growth in terms of turnover. With a focus on internationalisation, digitalisation and omnichannel retail marketing, we optimise liaison with our global markets and end customers.

Our Marketing and Academy units look after BORA’s brand presence and publicity. In the training centre in Raubling we convey valuable knowledge to specialist retail partners and employees, whilst our Marketing Department covers all aspects of marketing from classic to digital and events.

The Production Unit takes care of the manufacturing of our innovative, top-quality products. With the expansion of our BORA factory and a new, cutting-edge production and logistics site, we guarantee the supply of products to our customers.
