In the IT unit we bring together the IT Operations, Business Solutions & Digital Solutions & Consulting departments under the same roof. Alongside the overall administration and security of our systems landscape and hardware and software support, the teams’ tasks range from strategic and operational expansion of business-relevant systems, data and processes to the implementation of complex IT projects.
Our Digitalisation Unit is shaping BORA’s digital future by expanding the networked D2C ecosystem, smart digital business model and innovative technologies like the IoT, the cloud and AI. This enables our products to be integrated into smart kitchens and allows us to develop new digital services with technology partners and all units in the company.
