Potential development at BORA

BORA training

A successful start is the cornerstone for everything to come. Through our BORA in-company training scheme, we support new employees from the very beginning. In interactive units, experienced instructors impart valuable knowledge of our products, processes and departments. Existing colleagues also benefit from the chance to refresh specific subject knowledge, gain new perspectives and network with colleagues from different sites and departments.

BORA skills training

Our BORA skills training provides multiple opportunities to gain in-depth knowledge from technical product knowledge to communication and languages. We opt for practical in-house training with experienced instructors and provide scope for expanding on specific areas of knowledge. We also encourage individuals to specialise further outside of the company with the help of our personnel development scheme.

BORA career development

We support both specialists and management staff with tailored schemes. These range from our wild card scheme for employees with high potential to specific management training, individual coaching and open motivational talks. At BORA we support your development all the way. Our BORA career development scheme provides scope in which to gain more in-depth knowledge and new perspectives and to gradually assume responsibility.
