The Operations & Back Office departments ensures smooth processes, excellent service and secure flaw of goods. It includes the Customer Support, Order Management, Technical Service, Planning Support, Procurement and Logistics departments – all with extensive product knowledge and a high level of customer orientation.
The General Administration team is also based here: it carries out core organisational tasks, manages the reception centre and takes care of the physical wellbeing of the employees through the salad bar.
