CONTACTStill have questions?

Our recruiting team assesses each and every application thoroughly, taking them into account for roles other than those advertised. So, if you have any questions during the application process, the whole team is at your disposal. Feel free to contact one of our recruiters. We look forward to hearing from you.

Applicants FAQ

Cover letter, CV incl. a photo and certificates (training / college / employment).

To ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible, please send all application documents, stating your desired salary and earliest start date, preferably via our online application form. You can find this under the job descriptions.

If this is technically impossible, please send your documents to jobs@bora.com.

Our careers page is constantly being updated. All posts advertised are vacant and applications can be submitted at any time via our online form.

We are always happy to receive speculative job applications. Send us your full application documents together with your salary expectations and details of your earliest possible start date. We will then assess your application to see if there are any suitable positions in the company.

Submit a speculative application

When you see a job description that suits you on our website, you can send us all of your application documents via our online application form. After submitting your online application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. This means that we have successfully received your application. Depending on the position, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.

As a rule, one team member of the recruiting team and the person in charge of the respectively department are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.

Internships at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, preferably longer, and be mandatory. This is because our interns have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.

If you submit an application to BORA but the position does not align with your qualifications and personal goals, we include your application documents in our applicant pool, with your consent. This means that we can contact you as soon as a new vacancy is advertised that aligns with your qualifications and goals.

Even if your previous work experience does not fully meet our requirements in terms of qualifications, you are still welcome to apply. We assess each and every application thoroughly, taking them into account for positions other than those advertised. Life isn’t always straightforward. Please be honest about your previous work in your CV. At BORA, we see our employees as individuals. Any application is worth submitting.

Note

To make our texts easier to read, sometimes we use male job descriptions only. However, we emphasise that we welcome all individuals equally, regardless of gender, nationality, ethical and social background, religion/ideology, disability, age and sexual orientation.
