In enger Zusammenarbeit versuchen sie, alle Produktkomponenten, Betriebsmittel und Werbematerialien für BORA zu beschaffen. Um dies zu gewährleisten, müssen sie in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen geeignete Lieferanten suchen und auswählen, die Liefertermine sicherstellen sowie Einkaufsrichtlinien entwickeln und umsetzen. Um langfristig die Qualität unserer Produkte sicherstellen zu können, gibt es im Einkauf eine weitere Säule in Form des Supplier Quality Engineering.

Depending on the position, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.
As a rule, one team member of the recruiting team and the person in charge of the respectively department are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.
Internships at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, preferably longer, and be mandatory. This is because our interns have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.
