Die Service Techniker im Außendienst bearbeiten und betreuen die Serviceaufträge direkt im Feld und repräsentieren BORA face to face. Die Kollegen/innen im Innendienst sind eine hochkompetente Anlaufstelle für die Organisation und Steuerung der Serviceeinsätze weltweit, die IT-Prozesse im Hintergrund und die tiefergehende technische Betreuung der Serviceaufgaben.

Depending on the position, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.
As a rule, one team member of the recruiting team and the person in charge of the respectively department are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.
Internships at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, preferably longer, and be mandatory. This is because our interns have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.
