Teams von Spezialisten für Konstruktion, Metall und Kunststoff, Elektronik und Software entwickeln und modifizieren unsere Produkte. Sie tüfteln täglich, wie sie Kundenwünsche und Verbesserungsvorschläge unserer Mitarbeiter einfließen lassen können. Das technische Projektmanagement übernimmt dabei die zentrale Koordination und Steuerung der Entwicklungsprojekte – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. In unserem eigenen Versuchslabor werden Konzepte und Innovationen unter realen Bedingungen getestet und weiterentwickelt – hier wird die Physik täglich neu herausgefordert. So entstehen Innovationen auf höchstem Niveau.

Depending on the position, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.
As a rule, one team member of the recruiting team and the person in charge of the respectively department are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.
Internships at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, preferably longer, and be mandatory. This is because our interns have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.
