In der Abteilung Business Solutions sind die Teams Application & Master Data, Enterprise Application Integration und Business Intelligence angesiedelt. Gemeinsam stellen wir uns Herausforderungen, entwickeln Lösungen und gestalten die Zukunft von BORA aktiv mit. Unser Fokus liegt auf der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung von businessrelevanten Systemen, Daten und Prozessen. Als interner Dienstleister sind wir für die Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Schlüsselrolle in der Verbesserung, Definition und Integration von Prozessen, Workflows und Systemen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner in Bezug auf Integrationsprozessen zwischen internen und externen Systemen für alle Fachbereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Feinkonzepten
  • Koordination und Steuerung externen Dienstleister bei der Implementierung von Erweiterungen auf Basis der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Evaluierung und Verwendungen von Best Practices Ansätzen
  • Betreuung unserer Middleware sowie Sicherstellen eines stabilen Betriebs
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Berufsausbildung mit hoher IT Affinität
  • Analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, prozessuale Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit einem EDI oder Middleware-System (z.B. Lobster, BizTalk, Mulesoft) wünschenswert
  • Umgang mit XML, JSON, EDIFACT und anderen gängigen Datenformaten von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im agilen Arbeitsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Submit a speculative application

When you see a job description that suits you on our website, you can send us all of your application documents via our online application form. After submitting your online application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. This means that we have successfully received your application. Depending on the post, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.

As a rule, the Recruiting Team and head of the corresponding specialist unit are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.

Work placements at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, preferably longer, and be mandatory. This is because our trainees have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.

If you submit an application to BORA but the post does not align with your qualifications and personal goals, we include your application documents in our applicant pool, with your consent. This means that we can contact you as soon as a new vacancy is advertised that aligns with your qualifications and goals.

Even if your previous work experience does not fully meet our requirements in terms of qualifications, you are still welcome to apply.
