After submitting your online application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. This means that we have successfully received your application. Depending on the post, personal interviews take place at our sites in Niederndorf or Raubling, or online.
As a rule, the HR Department and head of the corresponding specialist unit are involved in the initial interview. In this case, it is important to get to know you as an individual. What are your strengths and personal goals? If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second one. After the second interview, you often have the chance to gain an insight into the future working day/role through a trial period in which you can meet the team.
Work placements at BORA should be at least 16 weeks, but can be longer. This is because our trainees have the chance to work independently and carry out their own projects.
